Policy:
The Ivory Skies t shirts website is totally secure and you need not worry about safety and security. PayPal’s industry-leading fraud prevention methods and the unique mode they use to keep buyers financial information private, make them one of the world’s safest online payment systems. We have taken all precaustions to make you feel safe in purchasing your favorite Ivory Skies design t shirt.

Once you have placed your order and it is complete, you will receive a confirmation email from PayPal to confirm the order. Please keep the e-mail as it is your sales receipt as well as being your order transaction confirmation number for the purchase. We aim to ship all completed orders within 48 hours of the order being completed. None of your details will be supplied to third parties.
Ivory Skies t shirts will always strive to make sure that our website is fully functional and that the fashion designs displayed on our website are available for you. However, unfortunately we cannot guarantee the availability of the website or that any goods on the site are available.
International orders are at times subject to being charged customs fees by the destination county's government. We don not have any control over how much you may be charged for customs and the fees are completely independent of Ivory Skies. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible if any additional charges are imposed on you by the destination country.

Returns:
We want you to be happy with your purchase, which is why if your t-shirt does not fit, we will happily exchange it for the correct size – at no extra cost! All we ask of you is to cover postage and handling when you send the t-shirt back.

If you are not completely satisfied with your t shirt, please return your item(s) to us within 30 days of the original shipment date. An email will be sent to you the day we ship the t shirt to you as a notification. Also, please give us notification of the reason for your return at sales@ivoryskies.net within 14 days of the shipment date. The item(s) must be unwashed, unworn and in original condition. This means all original tags must be in place and unremoved. This does not prevent you from trying the ever so funky cool designer t shirt on for size of course. Ivory Skies will not accept any responsibility for differences in colour which may be a result of computer screen representation of our garments. In the extremely rare case of a faulty t shirt, we will refund you. T shirts deemed faulty should be returned and refunds for a faulty item are granted at the discretion of Ivory Skies after a thorough inspection. Also, refunds on postage back to us for faulty items may be refunded depending upon the outcome of the inspection. So if your t shirt is faulty and we are to blame, then you will not pay and rightly so. Once again, this is a very rare occurance if ever.

However, we urge you to use our detailed sizing guide before you purchase your products. We’ve made it our priority to provide you with as much sizing information to ensure that your t shirt fits you properly.
